Newbolt family account book, 1790-1824

Pages include recipes for calves feet jelly and puff paste (left), a cure for dysentery, and a recipe for bologna sausage (right)

At the bottom left is a normal entry of the family account book for 1823, which filled the rest of the volume. Between the two recipes on the right is a memorandum about excessive snow on April 2, 1820.
